Welcome to the neighbourhood! ​

I moved to Bushwick from Australia 3 years ago. We loved Bushwick so much and saw such great potential in it,  that I decided to purchase a property.  In October 2011 I purchased a 2 family home on Hancock Street in Bushwick and have been  a landlords ever since. 

When I purchased the house it was of move-in quality, however we found over time there were lots of things that were overlooked which needed to be done. Over the course of 2 years I have added basic hardware such as shelving, curtain railings, medicine cabinets, door repairs and the likes. I transformed the back yard from a dirt patch into a beautiful entertaining area. I painted rooms and transformed what was a shell of a house into a home. 

  In addition to the things I was  able to problem solve ourselves, there were  thingsI e had to call a person in for. My boiler and its system needed an over haul. There were leaks,  plumbing issues and electrical problems. Since I have been faced wth these problems, I have been able to build up a strong team of people who have been able to fix and service my house.

Basically, as a landlord, I  have done and experienced most home maintenance, repair and renovations needs. If I  can't do it myself then we have a team of people who can.I am  already part of this community and so we know how things work and how to get things done. As a homeowner myself I know the importance of home maintenance, care and repair.  I will be here to oversee it all for you.
